1. Determine subsidies

it is known that Shandong Province is a four class electricity price area. In 2018, the wind power tariff was 0.57 yuan/kwh, and the coal-fired benchmark electricity price in Shandong Province was 0.3949 yuan/kwh. It can be seen that the local kilowatt hour subsidy was 0.1751 yuan. The notice clearly states that for projects adopting the market transaction mode, the subsidy standard for wind power is determined by subtracting the benchmark electricity price of local wind power from the benchmark electricity price of coal-fired power (including desulfurization, denitration and dust removal electricity prices) and is moderately reduced.
