Introduction to inner and outer packaging methods of rolling bearings

bearing packaging is divided into inner packaging and outer packaging

after the bearing is manufactured and passes the inspection, it shall be cleaned and rustproof, and then put into the inner package, so as to achieve the purpose of waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, impact proof, maintaining the quality and accuracy of the bearing, and making it easy to protect, use and sell

the inner packaging of bearings is divided into three categories according to the anti rust period:

① short anti rust period packaging: the anti rust period is 3 ~ 6 months, which is suitable for bearings that are delivered in large quantities to the same subscriber and put into use in a short time. According to the agreement of both parties, simple packaging is adopted in the principle of convenience

② general anti rust period packaging: the anti rust period is one year, which is suitable for general-purpose bearings

③ long anti rust period packaging: the anti rust period is two years, which is suitable for special and precision bearings

the packaging materials inside the bearing include polyethylene plastic cylinder (box), kraft paper, plain and wrinkled polyethylene composite paper, carton, polyethylene or polyethylene plastic film, nylon fastening belt or plastic woven fastening belt, waterproof high-strength plastic belt, linen bag, etc. The above materials shall be qualified in the corrosion resistance test

principle requirements of bearing inner packaging method:

① miniature bearing: every 10 ~ 15 sets of bearings are loaded into a plastic cylinder, and every 5 ~ 10 plastic cylinders are loaded into a carton (or bag, roll package) in the process of experiment

② medium and small bearings:

multiple sets of bearings are wrapped with polyethylene film inside and kraft paper or polyethylene composite paper outside

put multiple sets of bearings into a plastic cylinder (box)

a single set of bearings is packed in polyethylene film bags, folded or sealed, and then loaded into a carton

③ large bearings:

packed in a single set of polyethylene film or polyethylene composite paper, and then put into a carton

use polyethylene film bags, pack them in a single set, fold the mouth of the bag, and then use smooth curves to connect these experimental data into a carton

put a single set into a special plastic box

a single set of three-layer wrapping packaging: polyethylene film tape or composite paper tape is used for the inner layer, fastening tape is used for the middle layer, and waterproof permeable plastic tape is used for the outer layer

④ extra large bearing:

single set of three-layer wrapping packaging (ibid.)

single multiply four-layer wrapping packaging: in the upper 5, the simple beam impact testing machine is semi-automatic control. After the three-layer wrapping packaging, the outermost layer is wrapped with a layer of linen tape

separable tapered roller bearings with an external diameter of 150mm shall be padded with polyethylene film before the inner and outer components, or the inner and outer components shall be packed separately

interchangeable cylindrical roller bearings with an external diameter of 150mm can generally be packaged separately with internal and external components because they are easy to be bruised in a complete set of packaging

the general materials and requirements for the outer packaging of bearings are as follows:

① double corrugated boxes, with a total weight (gross weight) of no more than 25kg per box, bound with plastic packing belts outside the box

② nail board box (wooden box), the total weight of each box is not more than 30kg, and the outside of the box is bound with bluing steel belt

③ calcium plastic corrugated box, with a total weight of no more than 25kg per box, and the box is bound with plastic packing belt

when putting bearing products with inner packaging into the box, plastic bags or plastic films should be padded in the box first; If there is a gap in the box, it needs to be filled with corrugated paper blocks, paper scraps and other dry substances
